9. Blood Drip Drama

Not for the faint of heart — in the best way. A deep burgundy-red base with glossy black “blood drips” oozing down from the cuticles is pure horror-glam. A hint of red glitter keeps it from feeling too flat.
Long coffin or almond nails give the drips the most dramatic runway.
What You’ll Need
- Deep burgundy or blood-red polish
- Black nail art polish or gel
- Detail brush
- Fine red glitter (optional)
- Glossy top coat
How to Make
- Paint all nails deep red; let dry.
- With black polish and a detail brush, draw drips starting at the cuticle — vary the lengths.
- Round the tip of each drip for a liquid look.
- Add a whisper of red glitter on one accent nail.
- Seal with a high-gloss top coat.
