How to Make
Find a pair of low-rise or mid-rise cargo pants in olive green, khaki, or black. Pair them with a tight-fitting long-sleeve top or a ribbed tank top to balance the “volume” of the pants. Since the pants are loose, the tighter top creates a great silhouette. Add some chunky sneakers or platform boots to the bottom. For a final touch, wear a layered choker necklace.
